My neck. my back. my spine to the crack. Okay, now that the musical interlude is out of the way. This massager is the best. I use it daily. As soon as I turned 30, everything started hurting every day. I kept waking up with a crunch in my neck or pain in my shoulder from sleeping on my side. This Etekcity massager has changed my life. It really "gets going" and eliminates all the knots and my muscle pain. I love the heating feature and I love that this version is wireless so I don't feel like I'm chained to a wall or tangled in wires. I use it during the day when I'm not on Zoom to relieve the stress my boss and the Karens from my office put on me. I also enjoy sitting on the couch with him or reading in bed at the end of the night to unwind before bed. You can also (albeit a little awkwardly) position and hold it around various other body parts to massage individual shoulders, the back of your head, spine, lower back, calves, and even your feet. I also have a muscle gun, which is great for aiming points that you really want to focus on. This massage covers a larger surface and gives you a better overall massage than a gun. Don't get me wrong, both are good to have in your toolbox, but I use this one more often for general convenience. A few things to note: - It's not a soft whisper. There is some noise but it didn't bother me at all. Just something to consider if you are looking for 100% restraint. The battery charge is quite decent and lasts for several days. In fact, I've found that I enjoy using mine when it's plugged in, although it's a little awkward. The reason is that with a wall power supply, the massager constantly feels like it's on its strongest setting. (Mom likes it deeper.) - There are no indicator lights to tell you what heat setting or intensity level you're using. Luckily the heat is glowing red. So you can look at the massagers and tell when it's hot. As for intensity, you have to feel it. This is a pretty big manufacturing error and probably deserves a star deduction, but I can't bring myself to do it. The overall design is a bit blocky and bulky. You really have to pull down to get the deepest knots. It's not a big deal to me, but you can't just shoulder it and expect it to stay that way. It takes some effort to hold it. Again, I love it and use it too often to give it anything other than 5 stars, but I want to be frank and honest about some of the features that I think could be improved to make for an even better product make. ! Finally, a note on the manufacturer. I was so impressed with this Etekcity product that I also bought the Etekcity Heated Foot Massager with APP Remote Control. Again, for my 30+ year olds, I firmly believe that a foot massager is another must-have purchase for your home. I use it every day. Both help me feel like a painless, helpless, fully functional 20 year old version of myself again. I tried cheaper fake foot massagers and wasn't impressed at all. There's a reason Etekcity is priced higher than fakes - you get what you pay for. I fully support this brand! Conclusion - buy! (And possibly Etekcity's entire line of Shiatsu massage products.) This massager is heaven and your neck/back will love you for it!
