I have a 2006 48vdc club car, the engine is in the picture. Remove the rear wheel on the passenger side, then access to the rear of the drive motor is very easy. Remove the two screws and you will see the original magnet is replaced with this one and you are done. maybe 15 minutes. Original speed was between 12-13mph (standard dolly), magnet has been replaced and speed is now 17-18mph. All speeds are tested in the Waze app on your phone. I also noticed better throttle response, for $15 you can't go wrong with improvements. I simply replaced the magnet with a standard club car.
