Review on JVC HAS65BNB Wireless Headphones: Noise Cancelling, Bluetooth 4.1, Bass Boost, Voice Assistant Compatible (Black) by Daniel Robinson

TLDR: Good value for money, they are a bit small so be careful if you have a big head. Full charging of the power supply with an output voltage of 5 V took 3 to 3.5 hours on 5 attempts. You CANNOT charge them while plugged in the headphone cable. Micro USB is used for charging. They weigh about 171g or about 6 ounces. Bluetooth works within 25-30 feet line of sight from my phone. That's pretty typical. The battery lasted 9-10 hours with Bluetooth AND noise canceling during 3 tests. It lasted around 13-14 hours with just Bluetooth and 20+ hours with just noise canceling on. (This is an estimate, I check it every hour or so to make sure it's still working.) Connecting via Bluetooth is very easy. When asked for a PIN, the default is 0000. The sound is good for listening to almost anything: regular music, podcasts, videos. I have used them to listen to operas with a very thin glass harmonica sound and they have worked well. Some audiophiles say the headphones work better after 50 hours of use, which is why I let them play for so long while testing battery life. Didn't notice the difference. The claimed range of 10 to 22,000 Hz covers more than the normal range of human hearing. 20-20000 Hz sensitivity (as instructed) is the range of ideal human hearing. I'm old enough not to hear above 17,000Hz but I can confirm they sound that high (tested with an online sound generator). Worked well in an airplane flight to get rid of the constant monotonous hum of engine noise. These would be four star headphones except they are really good value for money which earns them up to 5 stars. . They don't go around your ears, they sit upstairs. Photo with a can of soda for scale.
