Kylea - easy contact center platform with good triggers and triggers for service times etc.!

The UI flows well between different channels with ease; it's very user friendly if you want an automated CRM system for your contact center team (it has this as default). It can be difficult at times deciding what triggers should get sent which channel given how many options are available under each category/trigger - but once setup correctly they will work without any issues! I do not have anything dislike about my experience using Kylea so far from sending out emails automatically through various services such as slack notifications etc.. I like how easy it was to figure out how to use this platform. There were no tutorials so we just had to try things as they came up. The way you can send messages back and forth with other people in your organization is very helpful. This program seemed pretty good but there are some glitches here and there when using it. We have been able to utilize this product to help us improve service times at one of our stores.
