This junk is good for desktop fans

Not only is the manual only half written, I can't decipher it to send it back to the company. very cheap. So send it back fully assembled in a large box. There is a fuse in the plug. Do you need to change it for any reason? I think if the fan is not working. I tried to connect it after assembling it and it doesn't work, I can't pull the fuse even though I wanted to replace it. Don't waste your money. I don't think I'll get mine back, but.
