I liked that it was very easy for me as an employee of this business who had no previous experience with analytics or data science in general! We were able to get up-and running quickly because all you need is what's already installed (iCloud).

There are some minor quirks here and there but nothing too major - just small things such as needing more than one app icon if using multiple apps at once which can be annoying when trying to navigate through them. The biggest benefit has been being better informed about our employees' performance so far by looking into trends over time rather then having to wait until quarterly reports come out after many months/years later!
