Review on e-Courier CMS by Chu Divett

The ease to use this system is amazing! It makes it easy for our team members who have never used an order management program before (or any computer at all). We can now easily track orders from start - finish without having someone in each department manually inputting information into spreadsheets or other programs that don't offer real time tracking capabilities like ECS does!! I wish there was more customization options but they did what we needed them too do when setting up their account/solution so not much room here as far customizing goes unless you pay extra money which isn’t always worth paying if your solution already offers everything else free. Great product overall very happy customer. !
