I am a water bottle collector. I have a dozen bottles of water. When I saw this I didn't need it but I need it lol. Here's my tip: I usually throw away my water bottle because I'm afraid of germs. Cleaning them properly can be a PAIN. It has an independent straw that breaks apart and has no nooks and crannies for mold and germs to hide. He's different and I was afraid I'd have to get used to him, but I really like him. The straw is wide which means I don't have to work hard to drain the water. Because part of the straw is not sealed, air easily enters the bottle and you don't have to strain to pour out the water. Also, the cap can sometimes cause the bottle to make strange noises when drinking. It does NOT help with my social anxiety. This bottle will never have that problem. Now I was worried about the bottle leaking. But the top pushes and seals it, the straw flexes a little at the bottom so it gently pushes the straw down. The bottle size is big. But not evil. My kids call him "Chug Jug" (a Fortnite reference). Maybe you should buy them turquoise 🙂. They make 128 ounces, which is HUGE. I ordered one and sent it back knowing I wouldn't take one with me. As you can see, he has an encouraging drinking schedule so you break the barrier of drinking all of the water in the last two hours of the day. . According to my PT, this is very, very bad for your bladder. If you have incontinence problems, drinking large amounts of water at once weakens the bladder and makes incontinence worse. It "kills two birds with one stone". Distributing water throughout the day also helps your body. 🙂There is no paracord in this special bottle that can be ordered when ordering. I regret not taking the paracord. The bottle I returned has paracord on it which makes it very easy to carry around. Now I have a paracord pen on my wish list haha. What comes with this bottle is great, but for me I want paracord. I regret not purchasing the BC paracord to purchase one separately, that's at least another $7. I will survive but I wanted you to know so you could avoid my mistake.
