I love that it's so easy for me as an office manager, because everything can be set up in advance without having to log into my computer every day. It was very easy to learn and use for our staff members who sometimes were overwhelmed by all of their tasks during each visit. In terms of any dislikes or concerns about this product, it would have been helpful if we could see a demo video before signing off on purchasing this system for our clinic. We had used another electronic medical record (Cerner), which did not meet our needs and this new program has allowed us to easily maintain EMRs, patient charts, etc., while also allowing for faster communication among different departments within our organization than using paper file storage methods. Our biggest issue right now is that there are no benefits offered other than saving time in managing administrative files. Benefits.
