Good concept, marginal quality, not as advertised.

First off, the concept is great. I have a similar item from another seller and needed two more so decided to try these as they will arrive sooner. There are a few cons that I cannot recommend. First, stubs are NOT secure. The o-rings that hold them are too small leaving the end cap dangling. It's also quite frustrating getting on the bike as the cap falls out if you hit it with a fork. If the o-rings were a little thicker or the bore a little smaller, they would still be fine. Second, the mount isn't high enough. It works great with many thru-axle levers, but there are a few that hit the base when trying to tighten them. The style RockShox uses with the Reba and Revelation (32mm) forks doesn't work as well as the arm needs to be fully open for 360 degree rotation. When using this with this fork mount, the arm hits the post that the mount is attached to. You can get it to work, but it's pretty annoying. Just make the bracket 1 inch higher and that will solve the problem. Third, even without the end caps, the mount is nearly 100mm long. When using 12x100 and 15x100 end caps most of the cover will not extend past the bracket and the bracket may rub against some of the forks. Fourth, the dimensions of the plugs 15x110 do not exceed 110 mm. There is a 3 to 3.5 millimeter gap that forces you to bend the fork legs inward to securely tighten the axle. It's not a deal breaker, but it's not perfect and needs to be made to fit properly. So far I've tried them with 15x100 and 15x110 forks. I can get this to work but I have to go with another brand. Maybe one for each fork size. If you need something that is compatible with other forks, go with RockBros or just buy a Kuat Dirtbag in the size you need. They don't cost $29.
