You need Windows 8 to upgrade
It took a lot of searches and emails, this unit requires you to have Windows 8, I had 10 couldn't get any updates. I have contacted the company. They said it is a foreign product and not supported. You have to go to the seller to register and have Windows 8. Otherwise it works great. only 1 release so far, no connection to Freightliner/Thomas school bus 2019. It connects to all previous models and works great. I would recommend this product if you have access to Windows 8.
