Excellent Palm Set

I use these to carve alcohol out of poplar bark. They are a great tool for that. They're sharp and ready to use, and even when they're broken, they stay sharp. Their size makes them ideal for larger carvings from wood removal to detail. Complemented with finer tools I am very happy with this product for the carving I want to do. It should be noted that they are somewhat flexible (I say pliable) when pressing onto harder wood. They are not suitable for carving, which requires hammers.
