I loved the design and how it folds up to save space. When the box was received, the smaller glass lid was completely broken. It was bubble wrapped and the box was in another box with other supplies. I had to use these pots so instead of returning the whole set I started using them. First, the handle doesn't work. He doesn't hold a potty at all. What if there was hot water in the pot and the handle came off? It's so thin it doesn't hold the pot at all. There's a big gap even if you block the handle on the pot. And it broke on the first use. A piece of metal broke off and the screw came loose. I was so surprised at how cheap the materials were. If you have a metal cooktop, the paint on the bottom pans will peel off as soon as you start using them. And certainly not scratch-resistant. Used wooden/plastic utensils and still scratches on the pans. This was my first experience with Neoflam. Was hoping it would be good. Unfortunately I will not buy again.
