This is my first time ordering these clamps and I love them. I used them to hold the lid on my pool. I needed a few more so I could hold the lid better in the wind. So I ordered another pack. When I started installing new brackets I was disappointed. A total of 7 clips in the pack broke when I hand tightened them. Looking at them I think the threaded end was the problem. After a not so good rating I got a message from GEUNTECH. They were very concerned about my problem. I was offered to send another order, of course I agreed. When I received this order I looked at every clip in the bag. I don't see any problems with them and have used about half of them. When I use the rest of these clips I will be ordering more just to have on hand. So yes, I'm happy with GEUNTECH. What I like the most is their excellent service. Thank you….
