I like that it can be used for both inbound and outbound calls, so you don't have to choose one over another. It also has great reporting capabilities which makes tracking your call center's performance easy! The UI could use some improvement as well. Sometimes when using the dashboard or reports there are times where they do not load properly and take quite awhile before loading. If this happens make sure to refresh the page first. We've been able to track our customer satisfaction numbers very easily with Pro Insight.
