Item was fine. He coped with his task of cleaning the car, but you really need to work in small areas, otherwise it will quickly "dry out”. I have used a different product before and the car came out a little shinier than with this product. I love that it comes with its own bucket and microfiber towels and more than enough waterless laundry.
