This tool was broken and should not have been sold
Yes it has been used but the description lists cosmetic imperfections - - not broken and hopelessly torn. "Condition: Used - Very Good Minor blemishes on the top, front or sides of the item. Small blemishes on the bottom or back of the item. The item is in its original packaging. The packaging is damaged. " was not - the damage was much more than cosmetic and rendered the tool useless - unable to perform the task it was designed for. Whoever tested this tool and wrote the description either did not test the tool or deliberately falsified the description. For something expensive - never worth repeating.
