I myself use Garmin quatix 6 watches, I bought these for my wife. Of course, the functionality is surprising, there is everything that I really use and even what I just indulge in in my watch for 100K+, but also a beautiful screen, well, just magical! and very interesting design. I tried everything that I really use, and I can say with confidence that the accuracy of the optical heart rate monitor is exactly the same as on mine, and I checked mine with an ECG with a load of up to 180 hs on a bicycle ergometer, the difference was small, but apparently due to a data transfer delay (just a difference of one hit, but no more than half a second). The pulse oximeter takes oxygen readings much faster and more accurately than on my watch! (I checked with pulse oximeters that are worn on the finger) This was a little upsetting, because mine are almost three times more expensive, but I console myself with the fact that oxygen is relevant mainly in the mountains (by the way, on Elbrus it showed more accurately than in Hong Kong, I don’t understand why). Workout customization is also accessible and convenient. Control with my watch is a little different due to the different number of buttons, but it gets used quickly, I didn’t understand when I got used to it in 5 minutes of playing with them) As for quality, time will tell, the materials are still not as strong as on quatix, but I do not think that there will be problems with this. Oh, on the battery, 10 days without training definitely hold up and this is the S version, which is smaller! And it's like quatix, which are much larger! In general, the wife is happy, and I'm happy that my wife is happy)) (I'm also thinking of buying myself as a weekend watch, only the toad is still choking).
