Review on KODA Bots by John Springer

I like how easy it is for us to create bots, we can use our own text or images as well as voice recordings. The chatbot interface has some glitches but this is easily fixed by the developer team. There are many things you need to learn before creating your first bot but once you get started everything becomes easier. It's great if you have an existing knowledge of coding languages such as python. We used koda bots at my work place in order to interact with customers who were having problems while using our app. It was very effective because they could ask questions without needing to go through multiple steps of filling out forms.
