I bought this after buying a cheaper portable CD player because I thought I could use it can achieve the best sound quality. I have bought a Jensen CD player before and it works very well. However, this device does not exist. I think it's identical to the Coby CD player I bought earlier, it has the same button layout and the same problem: loud static noise when playing CDs. You can turn on the sound, which drowns out the hiss a bit, but listening at such a volume is uncomfortable and doesn't improve the problem much.
