My 10 year old girl has this device attached to the inside of her front door and uses it daily to improve her flexibility. So far, so good! While the elastic band may be the shiny new thing, it's a good thing because she needs to enjoy stretching as I think she's getting bored of the usual floor stretching. She will move away from the table during dinner and warm up a little with the orchestra. Or get off the couch and do the same. I hope that adding an elastic band will help her express herself creatively and technically as she gets older.
