Very easy to install, instructions are in pictures which could be better. because it is very easy to mix up the threads and you cannot caulk them. I got lucky when I noticed it was starting to cross the threads, took it off, took out the washer and installed it to clean the threads, removed it, reinstalled the washer and made sure it was whole was in. Put it back and it won't leak. This thing is doing a great job and will pay off. For me in a short time in toilet paper. Now that I live in Arizona I don't need hot water as our tap water is 105. I may need to run a hot water line in winter. Just take a look.
