Review on Enhanced Performance with Rockshox Monarch RT3 Debon Air Tune: Mid Reb/Mid Comp Soft Pedal, 320 Lock-Out Force Fork by Frank Dubey

I put this Monarch RT3 DebonAir on a 2005 Giant Reign and it's fantastic. The Monarch is the way to go with three positions: a lockout setting (which I almost never use), a pedal setting (for most climbs and rough terrain), and a descent setting. In addition to the precise handling, it is the pedal setup that sets this damper apart from others. I've used previous 2-stage Monarch shocks and other shocks and nothing beats the 3-stage pedal adjustment. If you are replacing a shock, also purchase a 3-piece set of Rockshox hardware for the upper and lower bushings.
