A Good PEX Ferrule Remover
I had some 1/2" and 3/4" PEX clamps that I wanted to remove to fix the fittings (tee, elbow and valve fittings) - and this tool worked great. The stepped clip, which mimics the action of the original PEX clip tool, makes it easy to remove existing stainless steel clip rings by breaking the top loop (at least that's how I did it - there may be other methods). Be sure to wear safety goggles when using it - bits can fly out at weird angles (testimonial here).
- The ICP-PC01 Ferrule Remover is specially designed to remove stainless steel ferrule clamps (not included) in case of failure or modification.
