The first scooter delivered was returned because the box was too damaged and the scooter was overwritten/defaced and not to specification, returned by company handover to Kohls in accordance with return instructions. The 2 also had imperfections like a slight 2.5" cut on the tire, paint defects, a partially broken center tongue etc. but they are made in China where there is no quality control and the 2 wasn't as close to imperfections as the 1 one. The scooter is pretty easy to assemble yourself. I still can't fold it up, but hopefully it will be convenient for transport and storage. It's light enough to carry, but heavy enough to feel confident at full speed. I give it 3 stars as It rides well, it has a very adjustable and solid handle length, a good wide and non-slip crotch and a working footrest. The part of the scooter on the left where the footrest is located helps keep the scooter upright if you try to use the footrest when the bike is in a straight or right-handed position, as the scooter will fall. . And the step will bounce a bit when getting on and off due to the hydraulic mechanism, regardless of the weight. All in all a fun and seemingly safe adult scooter at a good price.
