I wanted to help our adult daughter clean her apartment after her roommate left. At first I thought they had been robbed because everything was scattered everywhere. Then the smell hit me. She recently complained that her brother visited her more often since cat dander was less of an irritation to him. I told her she could turn it off when he arrived. Overall, this is a relatively compact device. The noise bothers me but she said she doesn't notice it, it's a kind of rumble. The apartment smells good. It doesn't look good anymore.
