Sufficiently rigid rings made of transparent, durable plastic. The body is made of hard plastic. They're clear, so they're a little harder to read than if they were solid. But transparent looks cooler than having them solid color. They're cheaper than others I've been able to find and work well. You can't beat the price. Well, unless you just go the cheap route and keep the drinks and milk bases off the lids. I did this. But it's trendier/cooler.
