Review on Geeni Smart 2700-6500K Dimmable Bulb with Assistant Compatibility by Kimberly Williams

Great bulbs at a good price to join the smart home community

Almost a year ago I got my first smart device, Echo Plus, that worked with my Revain Prime account. From there I got Google Home, Home mini and Echo Dot (3rd gen) as well as a couple of Revain smart sockets for bedroom night lights. I started seeing more and more Geeni (Merkury) lamp reviews on Youtube and decided to get one from Walmart first this year to try. What I like: Bulb has a good range of features such as colors, dimming, (Prisma Plus) customizable white temperature. not as bright as the white mode, but they have good color saturation and lots of color variations to choose from. I especially like the color modes on these bulbs because they're good for night time when you need a softer light but not so bright as to blind you or keep you awake. white, but the colors are the same. Prisma Plus is 60W equivalent and available in customizable white and other colors. I live in a one bedroom apartment and these bulbs were reasonably priced so I was able to fit one in most of my most used bulbs/lights to get a good feel for smart lighting. If you're just starting out, I'd start here and then decide if you need or want features from more expensive brands. As far as I'm concerned, at this point I might try a more expensive bulb at some point, but I don't feel like I really need it as it does the basic functions I was looking for.
