It's simple to use - no need for multiple applications like other companies require you have separate software programs or apps open in order run different functions within one application! Not having all your tools at once makes it harder than necessary sometimes when we are working with clients who deal primarily online via phone calls/sms etc., I hope they keep this feature moving forward as there should be some benefit from not needing more devices available (like smartphones). The ability to quickly pull up previous reports helps make our jobs easier if something needs updating after already pulling data over several months ago; also being able see what was done previously has helped prevent errors by us making similar mistakes again during future runs through files before sending them out which saves time down line.
