Hand Towl bar is loose
Overall, I'm okay with this product. My only gripe is that the bar for the hand towel has a bad joint at the 90 deg. elbow. The joint is loose and there is no way to tighen it.12/28/19: Turns out that it can be tightened via a nut at the mounting location. Upgrading to 4 stars.
