I ran my first marathon a week ago, was planning to run with my boyfriend - an experienced marathoner who was going to schlep my provisions. He got injured and suddenly I was on my own! I have run several halfs but never needed a belt so was very nervous about this, but this was awesome and comfortable. No bouncing or chafing - I lubed up with Aquaphor. I fit 6 gus and some other stuff in there, I didn't use it for my phone. Only reason it's not 5 stars - when the bottles are empty they don't stay well in the holsters. I lost them both on bathroom floors. With that said, I think there's some mechanism to prevent that - I just didn't do it. Also needs a strap to hold the extra belt when you cinch it tight - I had about 8 inches of belt hanging down, will probably cut with a scissors. Still - this is a great product and I'm grateful it got me through the marathon!
