Good child gate for tight spaces

I gave this 3 stars because it is a 'good' child gate, not 'great' or 'fantastic'. We've been wearing it for about a week and our 1 year old has already damaged it a bit by hanging on top. The photos show that it's already a bit worn because she did. It was very strong and the brackets are solid but I'm not sure how long the gate piece will last hanging from it and trying to get through. I have no doubt that the fasteners on each side will hold up perfectly - as for the gate itself, time will tell!
