Can't recommend highly enough! FYI, I've never installed new recessed lights before. I changed the lightbulbs and installed upgraded lights, but that's about it. However, I've installed floors with latches and locks, lots of vanity lights, sink faucets, and lots of outlets, so there is a level of skill. Just wanted to clarify! Installation: super easy! I installed several lights in my living room and replaced a track light. I found this Milwaukee adjustable drywall ceiling cutter that attaches to your drill bit to drill holes and then since I had attic space I was able to crawl and poke the wires in place. I'm sure a snake tool would have worked, but I don't have one and didn't want to buy it. Daisy chaining was easy thanks to their specially designed quick attachment system! No more stringing together 3 white wires and hoping for the best! Light quality: I'm a light snob to begin with, this 3000k light is the right color temperature where I can see clearly without the yellow heat which I don't like. from 2700k amount of light: We put 4 in our living room and it was enough for us to use the dimmer later in the night to lower the brightness. We could have added more, but we didn't want them too close to the windows to create the glare that all light sources would give off at night. INSTALLATION HELP! Better light, better life!
