this machine seems to work much better than the 1st one
I returned the original machine because it didn't bake bread well and Ryan Ramos at Crownful reached out to me and offered to send me another machine at no cost to me, for this I give Ryan a grade of 5 stars. I have made a loaf of french bread and it turned out pretty good. The crust was tan and the bread was cooked and airy. The machine isn't noisy when in the kneading mode and that was one of the issues that I read on reviews of other bread machines. This is a good bread making machine.
