Complete junk for external SSDs

USB connection is faulty. Half the time it's unreadable. It falls out in the middle when you use it. It looks like something has come loose in the USB port. I bought the 2TB version for $800 and I want to throw it out the window. Not for professional use. Unreliable junk.
