A very good phone that can optionally increase the sound significantly at the touch of a button. . The phone received was technically a Clarity C210 model, renamed the C200. I believe the two models are the same, the C210 was originally for sale at Radio Shack. One of the downsides is that you should be able to wall mount it, but the tab described in the literature that allows you to wall mount it isn't there. Fix: I was able to wall mount the C200/C210. The phone's instruction manual refers to special "tongues" on the bottom of the phone that are necessary to hold the handset in a vertical position on the wall. When delivered, these "protrusions" are missing on the small plastic part in the base. You will need to use a small blade or screwdriver to pry up the small piece of plastic, flip it over and push back in to get the real protrusions. This is a good wall phone with an amplifier as it further amplifies the sound without requiring an external power supply. .As indicated in the manual. Important: Wall mounted installation requires a modular wall jack with raised mounting studs. This wall plate is not included with your phone. You will also need a short telephone cable. I can't remember if that short cable was included or not.
