I have been using Brother label makers for over ten years and this is the first machine that has disappointed me. Definitely the buyer's remorse for it. Pros: + Excellent print quality + Bluetooth compatible + Fast printing + Multiple cutting options + Automatic media detection (PC and app) finally works again (without backwards compatibility, TZe works on TZ devices, but not vice versa). 100+ dollars down the drain. Many of them are still in their original packaging and cannot be returned. Considering how expensive Brother media is, it would be a good idea to at least include a discount coupon with your first repeat order. Always need a battery - not an AC only option like previous models. There's still no option for auto power off in standby mode. - The app has a very limited font library (who doesn't even have Arial or Times New Roman these days?) - After 10 years they still need 3/4 inch blank tapes to waste on almost every label. The instructions do make it possible to leave the last label in the machine until the next print to avoid this, but it doesn't help if most of your labels are single use - would be nice to at least post the estimated time , which is required to fully charge the battery
