So at first I thought these bottles didn't work at all. After receiving the replacement set, I discovered a trick! It turns out that if you don't fill the bottle with enough product, it won't open on its own when you squeeze it. You'll have to help it a little through the hole in the bottom with something blunt OR you can fill the bottle with water first, pump until the bottom rises a bit, then drain the water and add your product. Either way, they work great once he's created a vacuum seal! No leaks or anything yet. Definitely recommend.
