We were using Salesforce's Identity Federation service but it wasn’t working as expected or providing all required functionalities we needed; so this changed things completely! -Easy to use console.-Interfaces with other tools easily. -Reliable customer support. -Can be used as a standalone product or integrated within our existing SIEM tool. -Very good price/performance ratio compared to competitors products.-Good integrations with other monitoring tools. -Relatively new tool, so it will take some time to get the best out of it. We are solving the problem of user access management in an all-in-one package.
