I like that it's easy for my team members who are not as tech savvy or computer literate (like me)to use this software without having IT help them out at times! It takes some getting used too but once you do your productivity will increase 10x more than if they had been doing everything manually in Excel/Word etc..
The reporting could be better especially when comparing multiple reports over time - i wish there was an option where we were able compare 2 different dates side by each other so our sales managers don't have to go find someone else just because theirs isn't up yet.- Having all documents stored online makes things much easier since now no matter what state file gets sent from client contact manager through email its saved right away which helps tremendously!!
