Review on Operative IQ by Brandon Plowden

It's easy to use for small businesses with few employees. The software runs flawlessly on my laptop (Windows 7) at home without any problems. I have been able to fix minor issues when necessary but they are all easily fixed by contacting customer support directly through chat or email. There is not much to dislike about this product so far. They could add some additional options in the future such as employee scheduling, paychecks/wages, etc., which would make it even better. This program has helped me track our equipment needs and keep everything organized. We're using the software to ensure we stay within budget and schedule repairs appropriately.
