I haven't been able to use a face mask in YEARS. They seem to work pretty well, but depending on how hard you push and train, you'll quickly destroy them. (Nothing against that. NOTHING is strong enough to help me clench my jaw.) I love that there are 4 guards in this pack. Blinded last night. They're thick, but not too thick for "football protection". I don't think they are long enough, they actually shrink when in hot water. I had to stretch the mouthguard and FAST to make sure it covered all of my upper teeth especially my back molars. Guys, THIS IS MOLTEN PLASTIC, so it WILL be EXTREMELY difficult to work with and break apart in the water (it has to happen so you can glue it to your teeth!). mouth), but it must be hot.
