I use this system to transport my 60 lb e-bike on the back of my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The mounts connect to Tacoma's C-rail system, and the bike connects to the plastic rails at the other end with thick built-in rubber bands. The mounts are easy to attach/detach to the truck in minutes and hold my bike very securely. With the bike attached to the rack I can grab the frame of the bike anywhere and shake it vigorously and the whole truck moves. I usually throw a cam buckle around the bike frame and attach it to another rail mount tie bar as an added security measure. This is a great product at a reasonable price.
