Review on Tombow 51626 Recycled Colored Pencils, 24-Pack - Assorted Colors by Wendy Rodriguez

There is something about Tombow that calls for quality. I bought a full set of Irojiten pencils and fell in love with them. But I wanted something for travel and thought it might be perfect. These are my favorite pens. Unbelievable. I have one, Irojiten (love the harshness here). Luminance from Caran d'Ache, Faber-Castell Polychromos, Prismacolor Premier, Lyra and more. So, I have soft, hard, oil and wax materials of the highest quality for artists. These are just as good. I took a risk I tried them. Bought 3 more of 24 pieces. Sets just to have when the price goes up. And that's it. These are some of the creamiest and most well-crafted sticks I have. When they say they are artistic and fade resistant, I believe them. Tombow has always kept his word. Get a supply while you can. They are everything that is advertised. A beautiful cedar setting, well balanced for comfort and centered, ground to an extremely fine sharpness, does not bloom easily, does not crack easily, lays as creamy as Prisma and has a soft, clean, vibrant colour. I can even get a rich watercolor shimmer effect from them. The color choices are perfect for mixing. I only added 4 colors of my choice but was able to mix/layer any shade I chose. I can't wait to see what colors they add as the line lengthens.
