Coverage was missing in SEVERAL areas right out of the box. Not what I expect from what appears to be a premium product at a premium price. The washers included in the kit were missing some material - something cut off some of the edges in an arc (probably the machine that stamped them all). So I had to replace the washers before I could start assembly. Our 3,500-pound boat was still difficult to move, even on a flat garage floor. Maybe I'm too tall to make it easy, this wagon is SHORT. Ah, the last one. It will scratch the surface and damage the plastic stopper when you use it.
