To be honest I did not even open the box because I read in reviews that there are problems with returns. When the package arrived there was a nice LARGE label on the outside that said - NO RETURNS IF OPEN. I bought this for my 5500lb tt, I could move forward on concrete close to a wall with little effort but don't think something that heavy will move on gravel or grass. Maybe I shouldn't have given it 5 stars but it's heavy duty and great for boats, trailers or even light campers like pop ups. Since then I've bought £7000.
