These hold more food than I thought ! I would say this holds one large portion of food for a grown man, but if you’re a woman or child this would hold about two servings worth of food, unless you’re sharing with someone.I love that they’re slightly deep and the lid is a little elevated and the plastic lid is not flimsy, but the aluminum one does flex a bit when you hold it from the bottom with one hand so be sure to use both hands. It works well with hot foods and is great for storage in the fridge. These are great and I give these to others and they’ve never complained about spills or leaks. I would repurchase them again although they’re a little larger than I’d prefer.
