Inaccurate sizing is best suited for collars
This product does not exceed 14 1/2 inches. It's 16 inches. Too big for a dog and she has an average neck of 13 inches. It should add 2 inches, it doesn't fit. This is too loose. I gave it two stars because it seems sturdy and well made, but I haven't been able to use it to find out.
