We have several Houdini bar tools/accessories and while this set works well we are really disappointed with the cheap materials (which given the high quality of our other Houdini tools was surprising) . All of these parts are chrome-plated plastic, including the corkscrew itself, which is some sort of composite material. When using a corkscrew, the rotating part rubs against the second part, from which the chrome plating has already worn off. The tools themselves work perfectly. The foil cutter quickly removes the foil and the pourer with stopper pours well and seals the wine bottle for storage. The champagne stopper works very well and closes the champagne bottle completely and without leaks. The corkscrew makes it easy to pull out the cork without struggling with it, and removing the cork from the puller is also easy. In general everything works well but the cheap plastic is just disappointing as the parts don't look like premium accessories. . Since the corkscrew is already worn out, we're not sure if this set will last as long as our other tools.
