Much more portable than all light stands.
Is this the price after a system failure? They're only 80cm tall but very useful for certain needs and I'll admit they're a lot more portable than any lightweight racks. You can buy some sandbags but I don't use them now. Most of my recent field work has been done with these little light stands.
